Returns and refunds

Unopened items

You can return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item's price. Email us at support@orangecatbeard.com with your order number first and we will tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours to cover unless we made a mistake with your order.

Opened items

Oils, balms, butters and washes go on your face, so once opened we cannot take them back or resell them. If a product does not agree with your skin, stop using it and let us know; we would rather hear about it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full, postage included, and you will not need to send it back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. We issue them as soon as a return arrives or a problem is confirmed; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Shipping charges are refunded only when the whole order is returned because of our mistake.
