Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from orangecatbeard.com, run by Orange Cat Beard Co. of Tyler, Texas. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and shipping is charged as set out in our shipping policy. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we email you. If an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was clearly listed in error, we will contact you and refund anything you paid for it.

Our products

Our products are for external use on hair and skin. Check the ingredients before use, patch-test anything new, and stop using a product if it causes irritation. Colours and scents can vary slightly from batch to batch because everything is made by hand in small batches.

Returns

Returns and refunds follow our returns policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
