Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. Orange Cat Beard Co. is an online shop run from Tyler, Texas; there is no storefront to pick up from.
What it costs
Shipping is free on orders of $50.00 or more. Below that, the cost depends on how much your order weighs, and you will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

When it ships
Every order is packed by hand. Orders usually leave us within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Once yours ships, we email you a tracking link, and you can also follow it from your account's order page.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and it never reached you, email us at support@orangecatbeard.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. For damage, a photo helps. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
